• Refund period starts from the date of enrolment
• Simply contact our support team to initiate the refund process
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• This guarantee covers all course fees only

• Booking fees secure your place in a specific training cohort
• Once a seat is reserved under your name, we cannot reallocate it
• Even if you withdraw within the 7-day guarantee period, booking fees are retained
• Booking fees are separate from course fees and not covered by the money-back guarantee

If you choose to defer to a future batch instead of requesting a refund, your booking fees can be transferred to your new enrolment.

• Payment details are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (Stripe, Razorpay, Wise Business, PayPal)
• We do not store your full credit or debit card details
• Full payment is due at the time of enrolment unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed
• All prices are displayed in your regional currency (INR, GBP, USD)

• Cambridge Veritas is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course

All course materials, assessments, lesson content, AI analysis reports, and proprietary tools are the intellectual property of Cambridge Veritas.

Termination for violation of terms does not entitle you to a refund.
