Welcome to Cambridge Veritas, operated by Veritasbridge Learn Private Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and services. By enrolling in a course, creating an account, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Enrolment & Payment

All fees must be paid in full at the time of enrolment unless otherwise agreed (e.g., EMI / instalment plan).
Fees may be quoted in USD, GBP, or INR. Due to international pricing policies and currency fluctuations, final charges may vary depending on your country of residence and payment method.
We use trusted third-party processors (Stripe, Wise Business, Razorpay, PayPal) to handle payments securely. We do not store your full payment card details.
By submitting our forms, you agree to receive transactional and promotional communications via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (you may opt out at any time).

Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend classes within the first 7 calendar days of enrolment, you may request a refund.
Refunds are subject to deduction for any classes already attended.
Refund requests must be made in writing within this 7-day period. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

Competency Guarantee Policy

We are committed to your progress. If you:

Maintain at least 90% attendance (e.g., 216 out of 240 classes),
Participate fully in assigned activities and assessments,

…and still do not achieve C1 level proficiency (CEFR) by the end of your course, you are entitled to a full course fee refund.

Student Responsibilities

Attend scheduled classes on time and actively participate.
Maintain respectful conduct towards trainers, staff, and fellow students.
Not share, copy, or distribute course materials without permission.
Ensure that your login credentials are used only by you.

Failure to meet these obligations may result in suspension or removal without refund.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, tools (e.g., My Veritas App, AI trainers), and resources are the intellectual property of Cambridge Veritas.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal learning use only.
You must not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute any content without written consent.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to provide accurate, high-quality training. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes beyond the Competency Guarantee.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (e.g., employment outcomes, visa approvals).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, negligence, or personal injury caused by our services.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any disputes will first be addressed through mediation before legal proceedings.
