"IPA makes it way easier to understand that spelling doesn't always indicate what the word will sound like, and small sound differences can actually change the meaning completely. All of these different activities that we've done were very engaging and very effective throughout the whole course. My favorite one was actually the transcription — it took a lot of brain power and a lot of thinking. All these skills that I've gained have been increasing my confidence in speaking and actually pronouncing these sounds. "Each class with Cambridge Veritas was a journey. I really enjoyed the course and found it very useful for my career in HR. I learned how to write professional documents like job descriptions, interview questions, offer and rejection letters, and HR strategies.
