Feeling or showing an appreciation for something done or received.

missing parts:

noun phrase

A missing part is a part that they need and do not have.

Example: I am now in Toronto, and I am not returning to Frankfurt, so I need to get the missing parts here.

overseas:

adverb

From, to, or relating to a foreign country, especially one across the sea.

Example: You recently bought a camera while travelling overseas.

purchase:

verb

Acquire (something) by paying for it; buy.

Example: I purchased a Canon DSLR camera from the Duty Free store at Frankfurt Airport on my way from Moscow to Toronto.

receipt:

noun

The action of receiving something or the fact of its being received.

Example: I attach a copy of the receipt with this letter for your information.

recently:

adverb

At a recent time; not long ago.

Example: You recently bought a camera while travelling overseas.

representative:

noun

A person chosen or appointed to act or speak for another or others.

Example: As you are the representative of the company in this country I would be grateful if you could arrange for the parts to be sent to me.

to my horror:

adjective phrase

To my surprise, to my shock.

Example: I discovered, to my horror, that the box which contained the camera did not include the battery charger.
